About the Inn
The Vineyard
The Black Walnut Inn’s vineyard features 13 acres of Pinot Noir vines. As Oregonians, we believe in sustainable farming practices and work toward that goal as we manage our vineyard. Our south-facing estate vineyard, between 700 and 900 feet elevation in the Dundee Hills, is comprised of Jory soil. This combination of sun, soil, and elevation produces wine with cherry fruits, earthy overtones, and moderate tannins.
