Please note that rates and availability are subject to change and vary by season and day. We reserve the right to change rates, room arrangements and amenities without notice. All rates are double occupancy and are not guaranteed until the time of reservation.

Check In: 4 to 6 pm.
Check Out: 11 am.

As we are a small inn, cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to cancel or change your reservation, please call 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, in which case your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 service charge per room. Please also note that shortening your stay is considered a cancellation. For cancellations within 30 days, the guest is responsible for the full value of the reservation, less any value the inn is able to recoup. No refunds for rooms not re-rented.

Reservations are non-transferable and the owners/innkeepers reserve the right to refuse reservations or service.

Weekends and holidays are subject to minimum stay requirements. There is a three to four night minimum on Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, IPNC and other holidays that fall on a Monday or Friday.

Cash and major credit cards (American Express, Visa and Master Card) are accepted.

The inn and grounds are strictly a non-smoking property. Any violation of this policy will result in cleaning fees equal to a minimum of one night's stay. Smokers who render a room unacceptable for incoming guests must compensate the inn for lost revenue.

The inn is appropriate for children age 12 and older.
