Policies

Rates and Availability:  All rates are double occupancy and are not guaranteed until the time of reservation.  We reserve the right to change rates, room arrangements and amenities without notice.

Check-In:  Rooms are guaranteed by 4:00 pm on the day of check-in.

Check out:  Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of check-out.

Minimum Stay Requirements, Non-holiday:  May 1 to October 31, two night minimum on weekends

Minimum Stay Requirements, Holidays:  New Year’s two night stay, Martin Luther King weekend, three night stay, President’s Weekend, three night stay, Memorial Day weekend, three night stay, IPNC three night stay, Labor Day weekend, three night stay, Thanksgiving, four night stay, Christmas 10-night minimum, call for rates and policies

Payment:  Cash, Visa, Master Card and American Express

Cancellation Policy:  If you find it necessary to cancel or change your reservation, please call 30 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival, in which case your deposit, less a $50.00 fee per room reserved will be refunded.  For cancellations within 30 days the guest is responsible for the full value of the reservation, less any value the inn is able to recoup.  No refunds for rooms not re-rented.

Trip Insurance:  We strongly recommend trip insurance for all of our guests.

Smoking:  The inn and grounds are strictly a non-smoking property.  Any violation of this policy will result in cleaning fees equal to a minimum of one night’s stay.  Smokers who render a room unacceptable for incoming guests must compensate the inn for lost revenue.

Children at the Inn:  The inn is appropriate for children 12 and older.
