Daytime Event Room Rental Fee:
We offer three rooms for daily rental within the Inn, a perfect solution for corporate meetings, trainings or strategy sessions. Our Cellar Room and patio can accommodate up to seventy people and can be arranged in several configurations to fit all types of meetings. Our Carriage House Suite and Conference Room are perfect for small strategic meetings for between six and twelve team members.
Standard set-up includes: Indoor Tables, Indoor Chairs and Coffee, Tea and Water service.

Your room rental includes exclusive use of the room you have selected between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (Carriage House is available starting at 12:00 pm on the day of your arrival). A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required at the time the contract is drawn up between you and the Black Walnut Inn.
All of the other facets of your event such as a caterer, banquet tables, linens, outdoor chairs, audio, visual or telecommunication equipment etc., will have to be rented from an area rental facility.
Your selection of Catering Company will need to be approved by the Black Walnut Inn. Therefore we will need to be in contact with them and they will need to sign our catering contract.
Black Walnut Inn Daily Site Rental Fees:
When reserving our property for a one-day event that starts after or extends beyond 5:00 pm, you are required to book all 9 rooms for the night of your event. The Inn will sleep a total of 18 people. All rates are subject to a 1% occupancy tax.
Events can begin at 11:30 am and must conclude by 9:00 pm, rooms are ready for check-in at 4:00 pm and check out time is at 11am on the day of your departure. You may choose to rent back the rooms to your guests to offset the cost.
Standard set-up varies based on the location selected and the type of event.

Your site rental includes exclusive use of your event space from 11:30 am on the day of your arrival to 9:00 pm at the close of your event. House guests will have access to the common areas of the Inn and their rooms from 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival to 11:00 am on the day of your departure (Carriage House is available starting at 12:00 pm on the day of your arrival) and a full gourmet breakfast on the morning of their departure. Valet parking can be provided upon request and the cost is included in your site rental fee. Events must conclude by 9:00 pm and all entertainment must be approved by the Black Walnut Inn and conclude by 8:00 pm.

The Black Walnut Inn has 10 round tables and 60 indoor chairs available for rent.
